After years of inflammation and burnout, I’m choosing to heal through ancestral remedies and become a certified naturopath. Here’s why it matters.

I didn’t decide to study naturopathy to chase a title—I chose it because I needed to reclaim my health.
For years, I pushed through chronic inflammation, joint pain, and burnout while chasing career goals. Like many women, I ignored the signs. I chalked up fatigue to stress and pain to aging. But eventually, my body said enough.
Blood tests confirmed what I already knew—I was inflamed and on the path to autoimmune disease. I didn’t want to manage symptoms. I wanted to understand what was happening. I wanted to heal. That’s when I found naturopathy.
Naturopathy focuses on treating the root cause—not just masking symptoms—with natural therapies like herbs, food, rest, and ancestral wisdom. When I prepare a calming tea or make bone broth, it doesn’t feel like treatment—it feels like remembering.
Through ORO, I’m blending modern knowledge with ancestral healing. My AIP journey is part of this too—using food and ritual to reduce inflammation and reconnect with my body.
This certification isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about returning to who I’ve always been. I’m learning, healing, and sharing in real time.
Gracias por being here. 🌿
